Summary: Everything was good including the people. You could use more bandwidth for your WiFi network. It is really slow. Also it would great to have a microwave in the rooms as well. All in all, we had a blast!

Summary: Resorts World exceeded my expecations. It is a beautiful property with stunning water and marina views. The room was large, well appointed with a huge balcony. The resort has a great deal of art which is well placed and pleasing. The linens and mattress were excellent and you'll get a great night's sleep. The staff seem so proud of their island and I experienced some exemplary customer service especially from (names I can remember): Mariah, Alfred the bartender, Biggs, Will at the beach restaurant, Jasmine at luggage hold and Daniel on the tram. The hotel takes you seamlessly from the lobby to the boat terminal, and also to the expansive Resorts world beach, where all the chairs/umbrellas are free of charge. Great holiday getaway. The management there really seems to be on point and they whole place seems like a big family. Two hours on Baleria from FLL, I recommend it.

Summary: We were very very limited on food options at the resort. Wait times are definitely on island time. If you stay while on a day the virgin cruise ship comes in, resort guest are not allowed at the beach club. Over all it was fine.
